Hi, I'm Kylene Shannon.

Helping people buy and sell homes is what I do, but building relationships is what I love most.

For more than 18 years, I have been helping Buyers and Sellers across Langley and the Fraser Valley navigate some of life's biggest decisions. My goal is to make the process feel less stressful and more exciting by offering honest advice, clear communication, and someone you can truly count on.

I am a wife, a mom to two amazing boys, and a proud Langley local. When I am not working with clients, you will usually find me at the hockey rink, on stage singing with my cover band, or spending time with family and friends.

I believe real estate is about more than buying and selling homes. It is about listening, understanding what matters most to you, and helping you move forward with confidence.
